cable down again :| i had to diagnose the problem for them :| grr..bad upstream signal, makes me keep disconnecting…58.0dbmv <--the highest..too high..even the engineer last week didnt notice that :| grr..spent an hour and a half on the phone, got an engineer now 2morow..again. and spent another hour calling them, trying to get complimentary freephone dialup...which i got..still no compensation for 512k access.
