I decided today to find out what my fantasy life partner Rod Liddle has been banging out since making the leap from the pages of The Guardian which he has graced with his noble penmanship for many years, to the evil Murdoch empire that is The Times.
I’m glad to report that he is keeping up appearances and still writing in his usual fashion. It’s not going to make me start buying The Times, as I refuse to read any paper that is owned by the same company as a tabloid. (The Times is part of News International, who also run The Sun)

it’s actually okay to buy the times, for every copy that’s sold, rupert murdoch loses money (and you don’t have to read anything in it you don’t want to…)
