We’re in the Peak District this weekend, expect a post on Monday.
We’re staying at the Boars Head hotel just for a relaxing break before the Christmas rush starts.
The picture that you see is of the sunset as we were driving the car back from Bakewell to the hotel after spending the day there, nice little town. Country life is so different to city life.
I’ll have the Stilton Souffle followed by the Rack of Lamb…

Country life is different indeed, when I used to live in Norfolk it would get really truly pitch black and here, even in the middle of the night it’s still light from light pollution or whatever they call it.
I prefer living in Cardiff though
